Unfortunately the swimsuits I ordered didn’t fit. I have a hard time buying anything online because I am weird sizes. Customer service for this company however offered many options. Due to shipping costs from the United States back to China they did try just giving me alternate sizes or swimsuits. They said I could ship back to them as well but cost wise it’s not the most effective. They also offered a partial refund versus shipping back and said to donate my items. It is nice that they did offer multiple solutions and told me to just donate the swimsuits versus returning. However I see why others are upset they couldn’t just get a full refund. I have like 10 swimsuits from them now that I have to just donate- half of which were free because they sent me alternative suits of my choosing but again just how they are made it didn’t work out. I need a large top and a small bottom the bottoms fit perfectly but unfortunately the top sizes just didn’t work out. I’m just going to make a large summer donation to my local Salvation Army. Hopefully someone else can use these :) hope kamoni can create a shipping contract deal with someone so it is not up to the user to attempt getting these items back to china.
