I ordered May 28 and have been tracking my package since I got the tracking number. Went great until it was suppose to deliver Friday June 7 and I get an email stating it could not deliver due to wrong address (yes I forgot my apartment #) but the address still goes to the main office so I have a feeling they didn’t even attempt to deliver. I saw it went back to my local PO. Had planned to get it the following day. Glad I checked the tracking number and I see it’s being sent back to sender! If they “attempt” to deliver and it fails, your package will be “disposed of” and you’ll never get it back. I’ve been back and forth between my PO and the PO it was disposed of to. Yes, my anger is mostly at my PO for sending it back so fast but the company has their packages ordered to be disposed of if unable to deliver. Now I’m without my package and out of my money as well! Please send me what I paid for and I’ll pay shipping if that’s what it takes. Their customer service did reply ONCE since then stating to call the PO and see if I can pick it up. Umm I live in KANSAS. Package is in ILLINOIS. Can’t exactly do that. Make it right or I will be disputing the charges.
