Standard car finance, the team helped me find a suitable car, suitable area which the dealer had said they also deliver, long story short the dealer ran into a couple holdups and I was getting frustrated, I had spent time and money preparing for the car to arrive on a certain day to then get delayed twice, it was almost the weekend and I didn't want to wait another week for the car after already being without any car for months. This was the estimated day for delivery after the delays but without just sounding like your generic 5 star super thumbs up review, we chatted and I got put on hold then got a call back, they felt for me and got it sorted for tomorrow, can't ffin wait to get the car. Rarely do you get a company that gives a **** about how you feel but you're heard here guys and gals! Each to there own but it meant a lot to me.
