I ordered a teeth cleaning apparatus for my dog from KanineKare on 31st October. It is now 15th December and still haven't received my order. It is being shipped from China to Western Australia. There has been little communication and when I emailed support, was simply told it would be looked into but have received no further communication from the company. Extremely disappointed. I have ordered a range of products from various other online sites in the weeks following that Kanine order and have already received all of those in a timely fashion. Do not buy from this website unless you are willing to wait months.
