The jacket I received had very poor quality, with buttons coming off. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I needed to return the jacket to Germany at my own cost. I sent it back, but it was returned to me, and I am still waiting for a refund for this unsatisfactory product. UK buyers should be cautious about this.
