This company owns lifepoints panel. Given my experience with lifepoints, I apply the same irate feedback to Kantar.Current users of lifepoints or those considering signing up, beware that your account will be shut down eventually. Lifepoints will seem like a great survey sight at first, and with a great deal of diligence and time, you can accumulate quite a bit in points to redeem for gift cards. However, they will suddenly lock you out of your account. You'll ask customer support what's going on and they'll give you the same exact rubbish reason of "not meeting quality standards or membership requirements" that is being used with other users who've experienced the lock out situation. It's a blanket statement they hide behind to avoid giving you access to your points for any future redemption. User beware and avoid. Many survey sites are starting to employ this tactic - unbelievably shady and unfair to the user. If you do sign up for lifepoints, redeem your points immediately. Do not let them accrue. You will eventually be hit with the same outcome and lose everything you've accumulated.
