They don't even attempt to conceal it; I received some guitar picks and $5 worth of inexpensive items instead of the LED light track for my guitar fretboard that I ordered. Initially, they claimed their records indicated they sent me the correct item, but I provided screenshots to prove otherwise. When I requested a refund, they informed me that returning their $5 items to the warehouse in another country would incur significant shipping costs. Their solution? A mere $6 USD to settle the issue! I was charged nearly $100 CAD for a product that was never sent. How can we come together and take legal action against them? I have evidence that they are essentially operating a scam.
