I didn't want to give a bad review. I really, really didn't. I was so hoping fkr a positive experience. I've reached out to customer services several times and get generic answers and I'm tired of doing it. It wasn't even departed from their warehouse even after over a week of constant emailing and pleading. I have finally cancelled and triggered a refund process through email. And I'm hoping to see that in my account tomorrow since it states one day on the email. Although given my previous experiences with them, I doubt it,I was so excited for this parcel and it's a shame.
