Ordered for a birthday. The delivery date given came and went. Emailed to find out where it was, twice, no response. Started a live chat, not available but it auto-raised a ticket for someone to come back. They did not. After a week, I used Instagram to contact them. Straight away someone was there to help, was told the bag was held up in customs and there was nothing they could do. Need to pay £50 to release the bag. Had I known at the start of the week that this was a lost cause it would have been a lot less stressful. I had a <1 week old baby at home and no time to buy something else.
