Products look better in the pictures and Insta ads.I bought the Bali Sandstone bag after seeing it heavily advertised on my Instagram. The bag looks great in the pictures but in reality it is super bulky and not suitable for everyday use. I travel into central London everyday and it's WAY too big to squeeze on tubes. The frustrating thing is there wasn't a picture of the bag on a person for perspective purposes. Only one picture next to someone, but they're not actually wearing it. I am 5.6 feet and have a petite frame, so the bag swamps me and looks like a jetpack on my back! It's really not flattering. I can't send it back as I've already paid customs on the bag as I live in the UK. I won't be buying from K&S again I'm afraid. Not unless they do a much better job of showing their products online and what they really look like in real life for those of us who don't live near a K&S store.The soft material at the front of the bag is also really easily marked and not suitable for traveling with. Not in the cream colour anyway.Warning for UK customers, I paid £51 customs charge on top of the bag cost. It would also be helpful to see reviews of the products on the actual product page on the website like most online retailers now too.
