After initially waiting over 10 days for delivery from Germany, I had to travel 30 minutes by bike to collect it from a Parcelforce depot in London. I had the Yoho bag less than 8 weeks before the magnet fell off the fastening, which made it practically unusable. To return the item to Germany, the process is complicated. You need to print various forms (which if you don't have a printer like me and costs money), then pay for packaging to send the bag back which they refuse to cover. In summary, it was a nightmare for it to be delivered, broke after 8 weeks, and then it's a nightmare to return the item. I won't be asking for a new product, as the wait times and poor quality of bag are not worth it.
