Same experience as the review below…I placed an order 12 days ago (March 22nd) and goods have still not arrived and although they have generated tracking they hadn’t actually passed the goods to DHL. I also wonder if they are sending goods from China because it shouldn’t take this long from Germany to the UK…(Just checked, April 3, there’s an update that the goods are in transit)I messaged customer services (before this new update) through their website but did not get a response.I am very disappointed it is taking this long because I wanted the bag for a holiday but it never arrived in time so I had to purchase another bag. In terms of quality and design, I have ordered from them before (as a gift for someone) and loved the design and fast delivery. Disappointed with the experience this time around. If you don’t mind waiting for potential delayed deliveries, I would recommend the company though!:)
