Poor quality, unhelpful customer service.My watch stopped working (arms got jumbled by themselves!), and when I contacted the customer service after 1 month of chasing they suggested that I take it to a clockmaker but offered NO HELP whatsoever. Very disappointing, I would not recommend buying anything from them.
