On May 22 I received my order (a Fyn Backpack) that had uneven stiching, so I requested a reclamation with the cause 'Faulty seam'. I attached also a photo to prove that, and of course the company accepted to replace the product with a new one.Today, June 27, I received my (finally!) replaced backpack and guess what (!) it's the same backpack I sent them for replacement! They sent me back the same product !!! I'm furious. I've been waiting for over a month to receive the product I originally sent for replacement. Moreover, now I'm not able to do again the request for Reclamation on their site, because the order number for the "new" order has been the same from the first order that had been received on May 22; and the site says of course that 14 days have passed so I have no right to make such a request! KAPTEN AND SON TEAM PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL TO SOLVE THIS TERRIBLE ISSUE. My order number ksaa-1009-4111509.EDIT:From 1 to 5 stars! Because I was in contact with Giulia through Instagram, and she made the request for reclamation on my behalf immediately. The new backpack arrived soon and in perfect condition. Thank you so much!
