The Bergen Pro is so beautiful and sturdy and has lots of convenient compartments. The straps feel durable and the overall quality feels like it's worth more than what it's selling for! Delivery was also very quick and Kelly from customer support has been so so helpful. One thing I would say is that if you intend to use this bag for travel and commuting, I would highly recommend purchasing the black colour. Due to the nature of the material on the top of the bag, you might start to see imperfections on the lighter colours. But don't let this deter you! That material is fantastically waterproof and feels lovely and soft.Overall, I think this is a great bag and a great company to support! I would definitely recommend.
