Terrible service. Firstly, ordered a bag on the 16th of January for £152. Only a few days ago was I told that there would be an additional customs charge of £69! Not once was this mentioned on the website, so to collect the bag, I need to pay £70 extra. Insane way to run a business. Then reached out to customer support, barely heard a word back apart from them saying 'Oh yes, you'll get a letter stating you need to pay' - what a pathetic way to run a business. Then I filled out a return, as I don't want to pay the £70, and now it's saying in order to do so, I need to collect it, put a return label on it, and then send it back. Comical. Terrible company, with terrible customer service, and terrible business model. Stay away.
