At the beginning of this year I bought myself a Bergen backpack and absolutely love it. Great quality and looks lovely too. I thought it would be great idea to buy a backpack as a gift for my fiancé. On 18th September I have ordered backpack. The company called Parcel force attempted delivery but we were not at home, so instead of calling concierge, leave it with one of my many neighbors, rearrange delivery or simply deliver to nearest pick up point they decided to return it to sender in Germany. I was offered refund or another delivery option. I chose delivery and this time my finance’s work address was given as there is always someone there. Same company- Parcel force. We have got email that parcel delivery was attempted unsuccessfully… since 26th October my package is at the Parcel Force depot. Kapten & son’s customer service says we will get the refund once they receive the package back and the Parcel force says that package is in “return to sender process”. For over a month now…I am out of £90 and I have no backpack. This is being an absolute nightmare and this time I have very bad experience. Not worth it!
