Bought a backpack online! It has been sent via DHL to a Packstation, although i was home. Tried for over 3 days going there and getting my bag. NOTHING. Packstation is broken. Sent an email to Kapten & Son and nothing either, no response, no refund. Disaster. DHL has no responsibility either. Never got my package neither my money back. Never again. After managing to get my back, completely SOAKED, I still have to pay 4.50€ for a retoure. IS a proper joke this company. Good luck if your purchase goes well. If you have any problem, is over, you sit and WAIT.
