BEWARE! Be very careful when you buy a weekend pass or any of their short term passes, that you don’t inadvertently sign up to a monthly subscription. They will definitely not refund the mistake even if it is clear you haven’t used the service.Follow up after Karafun’s comment below:Customer service was exactly the same as the first time I connected them. We understand a mistake was made when selecting the subscription, we can see you didn’t use the subscription, but we still can’t refund. So my review and warning is still very relevant.
