I had very high expectations of this program due to seeing other Kj's in my area use it when they gig. However, I am not having much luck. There is no phone number to call to help with issues, you have to connect with them via email and then they always say it's YOUR Laptop or internet that's causing the issue. I have bought 2 laptops (first one was my mistake for not having enough storage for the app), ending up with an 8GB/512GB SSD Windows 10 and the app still stops working. I have attempted to synchronize/download songs, one time reaching 30,000+ before it crashed and reset to zero again! (Thats hours of my life I can't get back) Currently it won't connect to the internet even tho my internet is working fine. (I'm using it as we speak on same laptop). In my personal experience, this application needs work and shouldn't be used if you want to run a Karaoke business. VERY UNRELIABLEThe offline functionality is what drew me to this software but if it won't work, then it's as useless as not having internet.
