I have been with Karbon for a while now and although rarely needing to deal with support, they have been excellent each time I've dealt with them and all issues were resolved quickly.I received a call today from Lachlan who is the Marketing VP just to get some feedback and find out if I had any suggestions which as someone who likes to work closely with software providers was highly appreciated!As confirmed with lachlan I'm excited to see the introduction of Xero integration and am grateful that karbon is one of the only software providers that I've not had any issues from this year!Excellent team, thanks for all your help.
