I was selling a house and some of the employees seemed ok and always courteous but they are the only estate agent I know that doesn't like to deal with the solicitors until we pressed them. We were left for 3 weeks until we asked them to call the solicitors to see if the searches had been applied for and they hadn't so it put the sale back 3 weeks. It was then a very painful 3 weeks again to wait for them. Our solicitor said companies now offer to do searches in a week or so.Very frustrating process which shouldn't of been as it was a very easy sale and the property was empty with no mortgage on.
