I was diagnosed with a mass in my head in November and told I had to find a way to center my life and calm myself until insurance approves surgery. Facebook said this was the app...I tried it for a few days in December and it did not do what it implied. So I canceled it or so I thought. Fast forward to last week. Boom 49 dollar charge! Contacted their mother company... no record of me having an app, google play no record of subscription but they charged me! Contacted support again for cancelation since now i am 50 plus negative, daily over draft fees and I live on disability while waiting for my surgery! Wth! Sent 3 emails to support not a word back! So now what? I close my bank accounts, PayPal etc.... to stop it? So much for helping me remain calm and centered...now I have even more to wrorry about!
