Their Right hand does not know what their Left hand is doing. They are double billing, one under Kaseya and one under Datto. I have asked them to fix the double charge for nearly 6 months. I have contracts signed with them at a much lower price but their billing department only know one price. I upgraded a backup device and after the migration they are now charging me for two devices, and they will open a ticket to fix the issue, but someone just closes the ticket. I would recommend trying to find a different solution.
