Either they're incredibly fast developers or they genuinely listen to users. Probably both. Support is also responsive without using bots. I had a question about network fees and got a human explaining the options within 15 minutes. Small things like this make me want to stay long-term. It feels like a living platform that improves based on what players actually want.
