I tried to contact them through email to start a return and got no reply. So I tried to DM them on Instagram and they responded there. They proceed to send me a return address (which I had to pay for shipping) and after they received the item back, they began to neglect me. They then try to tell me “we emailed you back” when in reality, they didn’t respond to the initial email at all. Through DM they’d constantly tell me “let me check with the team and get back to you” on 2 different occasions. Every time I messaged them to check in, they’d reply days later as if I was messaging them for the first time. That belt was 175 bucks and I still have yet to receive my money back. 30 days money back guarantee seems more like having the returned item for over a week and not sending back your money. This might be a huge scam. Additionally, the number on the Shop app does not match the one they provided me in our DM’s. Both of which DO NOT work. Until I see my money back in my account, I won’t take down this review.
