Don’t allow you to withdraw
I would strongly advise others to avoid this website.
I initially deposited £20 and attempted to withdraw my balance, only to be told that the minimum withdrawal amount was £100. As a result, I deposited an additional £80 to meet this requirement.
However, after doing so, I was then informed that I could not withdraw my own money unless I met a wagering requirement of nearly £300. This condition was not clearly explained at the point of deposit, and I did not knowingly agree to any requirement that applied to my own funds.
From my understanding, wagering requirements should only apply to bonus funds, not a user’s actual deposited money. Despite having over £100 in my account, I have effectively been prevented from accessing it unless I continue gambling.
The payment was also processed through a third-party gateway rather than directly to the website, which raises further concerns about transparency and regulation.
Overall, this experience has been very concerning. The terms appear misleading, and I would urge others to be extremely cautious before depositing any money on this platform.
