Ease of booking & communication was excellent. Chester House (aka Edgar House) Chester was a brilliant large residence of a beautifully high standard. It is always a bit hard & clunky when a second Management Party becomes involved as the major contact & communicator just before occupancy - however we were so lucky to have the wonderful Caroline (Daisy Joy) as our contact in the end who was superb & handled all needs so promptly & professionally.
