This was the second time I have ordered from Kate Backdrop. Unfortunately on this occasion Yodel completely messed up my delivery, however , nothing was too much trouble for Kate Backdrop customer service, who saved the day for me by sending an entirely new item even before they had the first one returned.Thank you especially to support agent Bella, who has been fantastic throughout and even following up after the parcel has been successfully received. Definitely recommend this company, great product and service.
