Their products might be good, i dont know, but their service and general attitude is terrible. I ordered online, items were dispatched, but tracking proved it was returned to them within hours by the courier 'insufficient paperwork.' By email they simply denied this was possible as their process was perfect, then ignored all messages and took their phone number off their website 'we have a staff shortage.'Fortunately i paid by credit card so can gain recompense and have alerted the credit card co, but do not buy from this company, they do not act in a responsible manner.
