I had a frustrating experience with the service. Initially, the installation was problematic because the installers seemed untrained and damaged the first set of seats. Additionally, the cooling unit heats the back of the seat instead of providing relief, which is unbearable in the summer. I attempted to contact the support team multiple times for a resolution, but my calls went unanswered. Lastly, the seats, which were marketed as leather, turned out to be synthetic. I would recommend avoiding this.
