The condo was great. We really enjoyed our time there. We did eat at the restaurant...unfortunately I found a hair in my tacos. That is unacceptable. We contacted the concierge about booking a helicopter tour but they never got back with us. We had to book our own tour. Check out time was 10am and we were about to leave after working hard to make the condo already very clean for housekeeping. The housekeeper knocked on the door at 10am sharp. I had to tell her we were leaving in a few minutes. Apparently she complained. Unfortunate. They should give you a little leeway.
