We called about 6 or 7 times for various reasons asking questions and each and every time the customer service was outstanding! We used the concierge service to book a luau and a boat tour. I felt like I was the only person they were helping but in reality I know I wasn't. This by far is the the easiest way to book excursionsOnce in the unit we did experience an issue with the clothes washer. A technician arrived shortly after the call and did not leave till the problem was resolved.
