While the house was clean with new beds, seemingly new furniture, and a great location — close to the beach and other activities, the light fixtures constantly flickered, appliances worked intermittently (oven didn't work upon arrivlal, but thankfully there was a contractor who was available to help troubleshoot. Microwave stopped working halfway through - had to flip the breaker, some kitchen outlets didn't work, and upstairs fans stopped working). On day of check out the team was incredible inflexible — kicking a my brother-in-law and 2yr old neice out while they were waiting to be picked up because check-out was "promptly at 10am".
