EDIT: I have received a partial refund for the bag and they would be shipping the straws as well as new bottles after I sent in a report of my review on PayPal. Would be increasing the review to 3 stars since they have actually replied, refunded and reshipped my order.EDIT 2: Shipping for the straws and new bottles hasn't arrived (It has been a month). No tracking number has been sent to me even though they told me it would be shipped to me. Lowering down to two stars and possibly back to one if I still don't receive anything.Recently brought some stuff from them. Just some strawberry bottles and a duffle bag. The items came at an okay speed, but the problem is the quality of these items. The items are in such poor quality, and the duffle bag that I received was nothing like the one shown on their website. It has a completely different design from the one that I ordered. The metal parts of the bag were also visibly rusting and it even rusted onto parts of the bag! Disgusting. The bottles that were said to 'come with straws' did not even have the straws that they said they would provide. There were also scratches around the bottles. Absolutely disappointed. Do not order or purchase items from them. Sent in an email today, no response. Hopefully a reply comes back but judging from the reviews here I would say that it would be unlikely.
