If I could give a blank rating I would!30k conservatory bought took 10 months!!!Started well then all went down hill like Humpty Dumpty!Installer was rude when questioned on bad workmanship! A cat flap turned out to be a horse flap , complained, and they changed glass to a flap that my cats can’t squeeze through! exposed brick for 4 months, horrendous leak which was fixed but ruined our new flooring, lack of communication until they wanted there last Installment!!! always chasing them, and apologies aren’t Kayvex’s strong point! The list goes on but will run out of spaces!! Only plus was the builders for ground work great (subbies)Kay…. Vex It’s in the nameFrom a vexed customer!!!
