We tried to purchase a cleaning company through this agent, and the service was appalling. The agent never passed our message to the vendor, ignored our follow-ups, and failed to acknowledge my last two emails altogether. A total lack of communication and professionalism. If this is how they handle serious buyers, I can only imagine how poorly they treat everyone else. Absolutely not recommended.
