I was so in love with an initial pendant I saw Brandi Raines wearing in one of her lives that I immediately went to KC Chic's website and ordered it. I was SOOO disappointed when I received it. It's absolute junk. The materials are crap... didn't even feel like metal and it certainly wasn't stainless steel. The little stones weren't even CZs, just cheap imitations. The chain was ridiculously crap... so easily breakable. I was so disappointed, I didn't even try it on, I just went to my local UPS store and returned it.When I got my refund it was for 11.45 less than what I paid. When I asked why I only got a partial refund, I was told it was for shipping fees, in lieu of a restocking fee. NONE OF THIS IS PRINTED ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!So not only is this company charging ridiculous amounts of money for crap jewelry, they are totally shady when it comes to how much you'll get if you ask for a refund.
