My experience with KCT is one of lying,incompetence,lack of empathy, and most importantly Breach of Contract. When i came to KCT they were told exactly what was involved in my late wife's estate, they agreed verbally it would be completed in 6 months.Which was not disputed s couple of months in. They gave a cost of nearly £6000 (included VAT) which was accepted . In the event it took nearly THREE YEARSto complete!! There was an assurance I would be updated monthly, untrue, I had to 'phone to get updated. I have a list of some of the people i spoken to, to ascertain the situation, some several times. There was a legal document to go to the court dated the WRONG YEAR, which I picked up. When i 'phoned KCT I was told it would take a week or two to issue a new one. Another time I 'phoned to ask the delay I was told they were waiting for some information, asked how long they had been waiting, it was a YEAR! I then asked where they had tried to contact it didn't exist! I obtained the correct details sent them to KCT, A few days later they contacted me to say they had lost it. And much more!. I am in my 80's have suffered a heart. I could not make my own will until KCT had completed my wife's will. None of the above has been disputed by KCT in correspondence with them. Just obfuscation. I will taking legal action for Breach of Contract and the way I was treated.I would have got a better service if I had gone to KFC!!Stanley Crause
