My first experience buying a new hyundai EV car (inster), got car in Jan. this year,after 3.5k kms the water pump has to be replaced and the car failed to charge it's battery. If this was not bad enough I had to deal with a local dealer (Kearys Cork) who has appalling customer service, would not offer me courtesy car and I had no way to get to work, got on to Hyundai ireland customer service who offered me no solution to my situation but put the blame back on local dealer Kearys, I'm now without a car since last Tuesday 3rd of March and just informed today 6th March it will take another 2 weeks before my car will be fixed.
