What should have been a joyful experience turned into a nightmare. I was promised my BYD car would be ready on 20/08, then 03/09, then 04/09. My family came to collect it — but the finance process hadn’t even started.Following the dealer’s advice, I transferred my insurance, leaving me without cover for the whole weekend. Later, documents came hours late despite early approval, and now two months after delivery, no payment has been taken from my account.I’ve called, emailed, and visited — nothing solved. BYD should not allow such unprofessional retailers to represent their brand. Until this is fixed, run from these dealers.
