Buyer beware when dealing with Keary’s Dublin! They are quick to sell, but not so quick to fix a car. Within the first month, serious issues surfaced and Kearys passed responsibility and dismissed the potentially hazardous problems. Despite returning four times for the same unresolved issues, there is still no sign of anyone actually putting their hands under the hood of the car. The service manager initially seemed friendly but became very dismissive, overly defensive and unhelpful when questioned. I chose Keary’s for the one-year warranty, but they have not honoured this. This lack of accountability is a disgrace and nothing has been fixed. Kearys, this is unacceptable, dishonourable and its time you TOOK accountability and adhere to the warranty. They may be cheaper than other dealers but I would not recommend nor will I ever use any Keary’s branch again. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
