Kearys Renault (Cork) do not care about their customers once they have bought a car from them. Their customer service is non-existent.The car malfunctioned at the beginning of February and I have been waiting for a replacement since the fault was diagnosed on Feb 6th 2023. The part is not in stock at the dealership.I have been waiting on a part ordered from their store for over a month and they won’t give me an eta on the part. Moreover they have no apparent interest in finding out what is going on. I suggested that they sell the part from one of their stock to me and replace it with the one I ordered when it turns up. Alternatively to supply a courtesy car while mine is off the road due to their poor stock management. Both suggested solutions were refused.I have reported the issue to Renault customer service who also suggested the solutions proposed above whilst awaiting the part which was again met with refusal. Renault say that they also have difficulty getting through to anyone at Kearys in CorkIf i could give 0 stars that would still be too high!!
