I had a small component on my K-bar break, and I just assumed I was responsible for it. I called them to order a new one and I was informed it was covered under the lifetime warranty. I was surprised! it was sent out very quickly and didn't cost me a dime. The person I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant. Also, their products are great!
