I was not planning on going into Kedma but they are very pushy. I was sold an Elevare red and blue light at the Kedma Marina for $$$$. The receipt said paid in US dollars but ended up they charged me in pesos. I verified the price on the receipt in dollars before I left the store. By charging me in pesos cost me an extra $513 more than was reflected on my receipt!! I noticed another complaint from this store on trust pilot and they were charged over $1000 less for the same item! When I reported it to the credit card company that the overcharge seemed to be a mistake because the pesos did not match the U.S. $ charge Kedma refused to give me the refund. I also got talked into the miracle eye creme because it was only used once a week and would last over 1 year. There was a sticker over the directions and found it was not true when I researched it. Now wondering if it was the same product she put on my face. Stay away from this store! There were several other things that were untrue. Watch out for the receipt to get back part of your VAT tax. I went through a lot to get the right info on the receipt. I got scammed and paid too much for the products. Don't let your guard down like I did. My next step may be to contact PROFECO which is a Mexican government agency that helps protect consumers. UPDATE: I still have not received a refund for the difference in pesos and the receipt in US dollars. The company keeps putting me off and said they would look into it. Another month has gone by. Stay away from Kedma in Cabo!
