I've always been happy with the prompt dispatch and delivery of my orders. The customer service is also good. I ordered the Packlite Jacket with a full zip, which has been used frequently since I purchased it a couple of months ago. It has performed well in adverse weather and heavy rain. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a hood volume reducer, as the hood can be quite large, especially when not worn over a helmet. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
