What a dreadful estate agency! Unfortunately for me the house I bought was being marketed by the Accrington branch so was stuck with them. In the beginning of my purchase was sent a little video from Kieran who told me he was looking after my sale ... and that was the last I heard from him! Emails and texts were ignored by him, and only answered the phone once (but he didn't pass on the information). Got a few letters from them early on but these were a couple of weeks out of date and so were misleading if you took them at face value.Moving on, when the sale dragged in the middle due to solicitors dragging their feet (both sides), so I finally started to hear from them again. Nasty phone calls from rude staff being demanding. There's one nice lady (Kayleigh?) there but that's about it. They also got into a row with my solicitor as they lied to the vendor about me, and said it was because of what the solicitor said (I saw the emails between them, Keenan's make it up as they go along). The vendor lost confidence and put the house back on the market, which they didn't need to do!Fortunately despite Keenan's best efforts I did buy the house. It did take them the best part of two months to take their sign off my property though!So if you want a agency that will turn up to viewings without the keys to get in (true story), will tell you a property is vacant when it isn't (also true story), not send you info on a property (still waiting...) and just plain not turn up for viewings (also true!) - and this is all before you buy with them - then this is the agency for you.
