Keenans Estate Agents Burnley I don’t know where to start. Keenans staff in Burnley are very rude and unpleasant. If you are buying a property from them you definitely won’t be getting a good deal instead you will be getting ripped off. I have been observing them for over 5 years now. They will over price the property anywhere between £25-£130 for an average property. Once during a viewing I pointed out to their adviser that they have over priced the property. His reply was “Yeh but we do sell them”. They will lie to you about having higher offers to put you in a position where you may feel that you need to increase your offer. If you back off you will notice that the property will still be on the market 6 months down the line. If they don’t like your offer for a property, they will answer you there and then without consulting it with the owner. They speak to you like you have committed a crime. If you ever have to deal with them you will notice lack of training and customer service skills. They are ignorant and incompetent.
