They are not well organised and fully trained to do that job. I had few viewing of some properties based at Burnley with them .Finally I liked one of them and was going to rent it. I spoke to KEENANS ESTATE AGENT to sort out that , a lady who’s answered me said “ we need to talk to the landlord and will let you know “ . Although that scenario was a bit ridiculous but I accepted. THEN I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM AND WHENEVER TRYING TO CONTACT THEIR NUMBER NO ONE ANSWER. Poor service!!Do not waste your time with them please.
