I honestly regret switching to KeePassXC. The software is an absolute pain to deal with. Every time there’s a new update, the stability seems to get worse rather than better. At the same time, opting out of updates doesn’t feel like a real option because you’re basically forced to choose between a buggy experience and potential security vulnerabilities.The Chrome extension is especially frustrating — it’s notoriously buggy and often fails to detect even simple username fields. In the best-case scenario, you end up having to manually copy the username and then the password separately, which is highly inconvenient. And to make things worse, sometimes even the copy function itself doesn’t work, seemingly for “security” reasons.Overall, what should be a smooth and reliable password management experience turns into a constant struggle. Very disappointing.
